In October, the school organised a trip to the Zulal Water Bottling Plant. Children from Grade 6 were taken on the trip to see the various stages in which water has already been desalinated and made fit for drinking by the addition of fluoride and other minerals. Children were also shown how the plastic bottles were made.

Lecture on Water Recycling and Conservation. The school invited a technical expert to give a lecture and demonstration about the various stages of water recycling. A power point presentation about the technical aspects was presented to the children and they were taken to our school's water recycling unit where the various points were explained to them.
