School of Knowledge held its Sports Day on 27th of November. The occasion was held at the Al Shaab Stadium. This year we held our Sports Day to honour the efforts of the Red Crescent Society which has done laudable work in reaching much-needed materials to the earthquake affected areas of Pakistan. The children spent a couple of weeks practising their various activities - the school band, the school march past, the boys and girls drill: the karate boys' performance. Our kindergarten section added colour and charm with their walkathon and carnival. Our karate boys performed with gusto while the boys and girls' drill were greatly appreciated. The races held were a major attraction of the day. Not only children but also teachers, non-teaching staff as well as parents got an opportunity to show their talent on the tracks! The Red House emerged champions this year too. All the activities were carried out in a spirit of sportsmanship and participation and fair play were hailed the winners of the day!
